Job Title: Electrical Project Superintendent & Senior Project Superintendent (Boydton, Virginia)

The Company

Looking for your next big challenge? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to support mission critical data center projects in Boydton, VA. In this role, you’ll be the key field leader establishing a culture of safety, coordinating subcontractors, and partnering with the Project Manager to deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Travel and/or relocation may be required for future projects.

Note: This position follows a Monday–Saturday schedule (6 days per week).

The Position

• Lead and supervise subcontractors and field crews
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage schedule and budget
• Prepare and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules
• Update project schedules using construction scheduling software
• Assist with subcontractor buyout and selection
• Coordinate subcontractor field work
• Communicate with owners, designers, and engineers to resolve issues
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Mentor and support field staff development
• Promote a positive and collaborative jobsite culture

Could This Role Be For You?

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience required
• Data center project experience highly preferred
• Strong electrical background required
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Desire to mentor, teach, and grow team members
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; able to learn project-specific software quickly
