Job Title: EHS Orientation Trainer

Location: Selma, North Carolina

Duration: 9 Months contract (Possible hire)

Department: Operational Excellence

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract | 32–40 hours/week

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As an EHS Orientation Trainer, you will shape the first impressions and long-term success of new hires by delivering engaging, safety-focused onboarding programs. Your work will foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate classroom and hands-on onboarding training sessions for new employees
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with leaders and coordinators to tailor onboarding for specific roles
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure OSHA and internal compliance

Qualifications:

Required:

• OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction)
• 3–5 years classroom training experience
• 3–5 years training content development experience
• 1–2 years hands-on training experience

Preferred:

• Fall Protection, Confined Space, Forklift/Rough Terrain, CPR/First Aid/AED, Fire Extinguisher, Rigging & Signaling, Electrical Safety NFPA 70E trainer experience
