Morrison Living is seeking a passionate District Manager (DM) to lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across multiple accounts. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, strategic growth, and exceptional client experiences.

✅ Required Experience:

🧭 Multi-Unit leadership experience is required

🏥 Experience in healthcare settings (hospitals and/or senior living) is highly desirable

🥘 Experience with kosher food preparation and dining is highly desirable

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of progressive leadership in food service, hospitality, or support services.
• Proven success in client relations, team development, and operational excellence.
• Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision : Inspire and guide Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services to deliver outstanding hospitality and service.
• Drive Results : Champion profitability, safety, engagement, and client satisfaction across your territory.
• Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, finance, and retention teams to grow business and strengthen relationships.
• Empower Teams: Foster development, succession planning, and operational mastery across single- and multi-unit management.
• Represent with Pride : Serve as a brand ambassador at client and community events, setting the tone for excellence and inclusion.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee compliance, conduct audits, and implement solutions that raise the bar.
• Own the Numbers : Manage financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with precision.
