What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily service call requests and dispatch work orders to field technicians.
• Optimize daily routes to ensure productivity and on-time appointments.
• Monitor technicians' work order status and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with customers before and after service to ensure a great experience.
• Collaborate with management and team members to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
• Maintain regular contact with technicians to provide support or adjust service levels based on customer calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch or scheduling role.
• Experience in Pest Control, Lawn Care, HVAC, or Plumbing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets) and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
