Cainiao, a global leader in logistics and supply chain innovation, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse assistant to join our team . This pivotal role is central to our last-mile delivery operations, responsible for optimizing daily activities, managing driver dispatch, and ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery experience.
Responsibilities：
As a Dispatcher, you will:
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities are to ensure daily delivery station operations including package handover with delivery agents, exception handling, communication with DSP(Delivery Service Privider) to secure timeliness and accuracy performance.
1.Resource Planning and Balance: Collaborate with DSP to plan necessary resources per volume forecast from sorting center
2.Dispatch: Coordinate the dispatch of delivery drivers, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to complete their routes effectively.
3.Real-time Monitoring: Use tracking systems and communication tools to monitor delivery progress, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during transit.
4.Training: Provide training, resources, and guidance to DSP, helping them optimize last-mile operations, enhance customer service, and improve delivery.
5.Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for DSP to resolve any delivery-related issues, such as incorrect addresses or package damage, etc
6.Oversight: Maintain meticulous records of inventory at our last-mile distribution center, ensuring the accurate tracking and management of all packages.
7.Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on packages to ensure they meet our delivery standards and are in excellent condition.
8.Performance Reporting: Generate reports on delivery performance, including delivery times, success rates, and any areas requiring improvement.
9.Safety Compliance: Ensure that all employees and partners adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
10.Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Job requirments:
1.Proven 1 year experience in Warehouse or logistic experience would be preferred.
2.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
3.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
4.Excellent communication skills, Bilingual Mandarin and English both written and verbal.
