Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Data Entry Associate in South San Francisco Area. Must live close to the office for occasional meetings.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.

Hourly pay range: $19.50- 24.50 per hour DOE

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Data Entry- Claims
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of data base and spreadsheets.
• Enter non-claim mail into the designated database
• Facilitate the assignment and review of provider disputes
• Complete claim, TAR, PDR and check status requests from Providers as requested or required.
• Research basic claim information and handle appropriately.
• Prepare and update electronic files and records.
• Maintain files including scanning and filing.
• Administrative support as requested by staff
• Maintain office supplies and prepare office supply purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education And Experience Equivalent To

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• One (1) or more years of clerical office experience.

Knowledge of:

• Personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• General clerical processes and procedures.
