As we continue to grow, we’re seeking passionate and professional Headspa Therapists to join our team and deliver the level of care and luxury our guests know and love.

$55,000 - $100,000 yearly

What You’ll Do

• Provide relaxing and results-driven scalp treatments using our signature techniques and products.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through thoughtful touch, calming energy, and personalized service.
• Educate clients on scalp and hair health, home care routines, and recommended products.
• Communicate effectively with front desk staff and team members to ensure seamless appointment flow.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and customer care.

What We’re Looking For

• A nurturing and professional individual who genuinely enjoys helping others relax and feel their best.
• Licensed cosmetologist, esthetician, or massage therapist preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and client comfort.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow with a fast-expanding brand.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
