Location: Irvine, CA

Pay: $65,000 – $75,000/year with health, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401k plan.

Role Overview:

Seeking a creative Copywriter with expertise in social media storytelling. You’ll craft engaging, persuasive content for digital and print platforms—shaping brand voice and inspiring our community.

What You’ll Do

As our Copywriter, you’ll be the voice behind our brand—crafting engaging, kitschy, and culturally relevant content that connects with today’s audiences. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership to bring campaigns to life across platforms.

• Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, web, product/brand materials, and video scripts
• Develop messaging that resonates with Gen X, Y, and Z audiences
• Infuse a playful, kitschy tone into content to boost relatability and relevance
• Edit/proofread for clarity and brand consistency
• Create social captions and short-form content
• Translate product benefits/science into customer-friendly language
• Conduct market/trend research
• Represent the brand in promotional and educational videos
• Collaborate on communications plans for launches, promotions, and events
• Support brand messaging and collateral across platforms
• Assist with creative project management and document organization
• Thrive under pressure and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years professional copywriting (beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or digital marketing preferred)
• Strong portfolio across web, print, and social
• Excellent writing/editing/proofreading skills
• SEO and keyword integration experience
• Familiarity with social media strategy and analytics
• Experience with CMS tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable
