The Role: Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ground-up commercial projects from start to finish
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and field teams
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress and maintain quality
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Drive project delivery and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
