As our project load across Cypress and the surrounding areas expands, we are looking for a professional Construction Driver to be the backbone of our material and equipment movement.

In this role, you aren’t just behind the wheel—you are a critical link in our project lifecycle. You will ensure that our crews have the tools and materials they need exactly when they need them, keeping our site development projects on schedule and running smoothly.

  • Vehicle Stewardship: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; proactively identify and report mechanical issues to ensure fleet safety.
  • Operational Support: Assist with inventory, material handling, and general warehouse tasks. When on-site, you’ll act as a versatile team member, supporting crew members as needed.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain accurate delivery logs and strictly adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Licensing: A valid Driver’s License is required ( CDL preferred ).
  • Clean Record: A verifiable history of safe driving and a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Industry Experience: At least 2 years of driving experience within the construction or a related heavy-duty industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skill: Proven ability to operate 1-ton trucks and tow flatbed trailers. You should be comfortable navigating active, unpaved construction sites.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and a willingness to work outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions.
  • Professionalism: You are reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when a project is hitting a critical deadline.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive Pay: Hourly wages that reflect your experience and reliability.
  • Stability: Steady, year-round work with a respected local company that values its people.
  • Flexibility: We offer Full-Time 1099 positions with W2 options to suit your personal financial preferences.
  • Immediate Impact: We are looking for a driver to start immediately and become a long-term fixture in our crew.
