Key Responsibilities

• Safe Driving: Operate a 26 DOT box truck responsibly, following all safety and traffic laws at all times (no CDL needed)
• Team Deliveries: Team up with your helper to load, unload, and deliver large and bulky items to customers homes (think appliances, furniture, TVs). Use proper lifting techniques and equipment safety is paramount.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly face of Amazons deliveries. Interact with customers professionally, ensure orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition, and provide a positive delivery experience.
• Tech Savvy: Use handheld devices (provided) to navigate your route, manage deliveries, and communicate updates. Youll efficiently handle routing and delivery info with Amazons mobile app tools.
• Problem Solving: Work with your partner to overcome any challenges on the route (like tricky staircases or heavy lifts). If needed, assist teammates on other routes to ensure all packages get delivered.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age & License: 21 years or older with a valid drivers license (Standard Class E in MO). No CDL required!
• DOT Card: Possess or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card (Department of Transportation physical exam certification).
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving packages 50-250 lbs (with a partner). This is an active, physical role a great way to stay fit on the job.
• Clean Record: Strong driving record with safety in mind. You should have a history of responsible driving and can pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Communication: Basic English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) to coordinate with your partner and customers.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (sorry, we cannot sponsor visas).

Schedule & Location

• Shifts: Flexible daytime schedules 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts. No overnight or late-night runs, so youll be home every evening.
• Guaranteed 40 hours / 4 completed routes / 4 days
• Overtime: Opportunities available if you want extra hours (at time-and-a-half pay).
• Location: Youll start and end your day at Amazons HMC3 station in Liberty, MO (2361 S Withers Rd, Liberty, MO 64068). We operate in the Kansas City North/Liberty area no long-haul travel, all routes are local.
• Training: New drivers typically start within 2-4 weeks from hire. We provide thorough training on safety, equipment, and customer service to set you up for success from day one.
