Athletic Trainer

Full-Time | College Athletics Program Partner

We are seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer to join our team and work directly with collegiate athletic programs.

This role is full-time and offers the opportunity to make an impact on the health, safety, and performance of student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site athletic training services to college athletes during practices, games, and training sessions.
• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate sports-related injuries.
• Collaborate with coaching staff, strength/conditioning teams, and medical professionals to optimize athlete performance and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of injuries, treatments, and return-to-play protocols.
• Support injury prevention programs and provide athlete education on wellness and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field (Master’s preferred).
• BOC certification and state licensure (or eligibility) required.
• Prior experience with college or competitive athletic programs strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with coaches, athletes, and healthcare providers.
• Passion for supporting student-athletes in achieving peak performance and safe participation.
