We are looking for an Assembly Technician (Aerospace, Robotics, Automation) to join the team! This is a full-time, direct hire position in Westerville, OH .

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and equipment based on blueprints and schematics.
• Use tools and machinery to fabricate, install, or modify parts.
• Perform welding, grinding, and machining as needed.
• Test and calibrate equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks.
• Document work, parts used, and technical notes.

We’re looking for Machine Assembly Technicians to help bring cutting-edge automation systems to life. You’ll work hands-on with mechanical systems—assembling, installing, testing, and fine-tuning equipment built to the highest international standards. While you'll report locally to the Site Manager, you'll also collaborate with a seasoned Quality Management team, based abroad.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year of lead role experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is required.
• Strong skills in hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability is required.
• Electrical/wiring experience a plus.
• Prior experience in maintenance, military, or service technician roles is welcome!
