Reports To: Broker & Sales Team Manager
At Fancy Apartments, we love helping people find their perfect place to call home. We're looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team as Apartment Locators. Our agents are the heart of our brand, guiding clients through the leasing process and growing strong connections across Houston.
As an Apartment Locator, you'll build your own pipeline of clients through networking, marketing, and referrals. From the first conversation to move-in day, you'll be there every step of the way—listening to your clients' needs, matching them with great apartments, and making the process as smooth as possible. Along the way, you'll collaborate with our sales team, contribute ideas, and continue sharpening your skills through training and market updates.
Connect with new clients you generate through your own marketing and outreach.
Guide clients to the right apartment and ensure Fancy Apartments is listed as their referral.
Confirm move-in details so billing and commissions are accurate.
Tour apartment communities with clients or assist them virtually.
Stay on top of Houston's rental market and share insights with the team.
Join weekly meetings, training sessions, and content-sharing opportunities.
Keep communication with your clients clear, friendly, and consistent.
A licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas (required).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
A sales mindset and eagerness to build your own book of business.
Apartment locating experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you.
Comfortable using CRM, e-sign, and communication tools.
Creative with marketing and social media.
Commission-based (1099 contractor).
80/20 split for self-generated deals (you keep 80%).
We're a supportive, team-driven company that believes in celebrating wins together. You'll have the freedom to run your business your way, while still having access to training, mentorship, and collaboration.
