Job Description

As a Project Manager , you'll be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining project plans and schedules to ensure we meet program requirements. You'll be the central point of contact for stakeholders and will guide projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Project Planning: Create, manage, and update comprehensive project plans and schedules. You'll ensure these plans align with industry standards and program goals.
• Analyze and Optimize: Conduct detailed studies and analyses (including trend, variance, and risk assessments) to identify potential impacts and constraints. Use this data to optimize product development, production rates, and process improvements.
• Report and Communicate: Generate and present reports, metrics, and change activity updates. You'll keep all stakeholders informed and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive Process Improvement: Proactively improve project management processes and business systems. You'll work to implement best practices that empower decision-makers and enhance overall efficiency.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders. You will work closely with them to define requirements, establish objectives, and ensure their needs are met.
• Ensure Project Success: Assist in developing performance recovery plans as needed and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing success for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Compensation:

$50 to $55 per hour.
